These terms govern your use of happyhomeslasvegas.com (the “Site”), operated by Happy Homes Remodeling, LLC (“Happy Homes Remodeling,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Licensing

Happy Homes Remodeling holds Nevada B-2 General Building Contractor License #0080133, issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board, and is bonded and insured. You can verify any Nevada contractor’s license with the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Information on the Site

The Site describes our services in general terms. Descriptions, typical timelines and examples are for general information only. They are not a quote, offer, guarantee or professional advice for your specific property. Project photos show work we have done; your results will depend on your home, materials and scope.

Estimates and contracts

Submitting a request through the Site does not create a contract or obligate either of us. Estimates are free and are based on the conditions we can see at the time; hidden conditions such as water damage, code issues or structural problems may change scope and price. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by you and us. That written agreement, including any terms required by Nevada law (NRS Chapter 624) for residential projects, controls the work, price, schedule, payment and warranty. If anything on the Site conflicts with your written agreement, the agreement controls.

Permits and HOAs

Where a project requires a building permit, we will obtain it as described in your written agreement. Homeowners association approvals are the owner’s responsibility unless your agreement says otherwise.

Communications

By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your request by call, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, no submitting false information or spam, and no scraping for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, photos, video, the Happy Homes name and tool-face logo, belongs to Happy Homes Remodeling or is used with permission. You may share links to the Site. You may not copy or reuse our content or marks for commercial purposes without written permission.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site itself, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Warranties for work we perform are provided only in your written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Homes Remodeling is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nevada law or any rights you have under a written contract with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
